Also, doesn't matter if you have 1 monitor or 2 monitor, don't play at fullscreen, always change that. The fog is super get your game lag because of everytime it's load from far away while you run or walking, change to that from =1 to =0 and save the. CTRL + F and type bAllowCreateGrass and you will see it's =1 change that to =0 and after that, CTRL + F again and type bFogEnabled. Open the Fallout76Custom.ini as a text folder again. For more performance, i prefer you change some of the settings as well. You will see that, it's =1 and you have to change to like iPresentInterval=0 And BOOM, your FPS stuck will be fixed. For fixing the 30-40 fps stuck, go to ''My Computer'' and then ''My documents'' find ''My Games'' and then ''Fallout 76'' To fix the FPS stuck problem, open the Fallout76Prefs.ini as a text folder. Also some of the options may get your FPS really low. The game automaticly starts with VYSNC on. Forget the people what they say, %90 of them don't know what the thing cost this FPS stuck. ![]() (DO THIS WHILE GAME IS NOT RUNNING AT BACKGROUND) ![]() Why my fps stuck 30-40 in medium and low still same, i think lowering to low graphic should increase fps I set ipresentinterval and antialiasting to 0, also i turn off vsync in nvdia control panel Originally posted by Reyhan:using medium setting 30-40 fps, using low also same fps Originally posted by insert food here:Game is very poorly optimised and several settings required to improve performance are hidden in the ini file and are not in the game menu where you would expect to find them.īefore i edit pref ini my game have 60 fps, i try edit something from low spec gaming video in hope increase my fps, instead stuck at 30-45 fps Simply delete it from the folder and the game will create a new file with vanilla settings the next time the game is launched. If you have already been fiddling with the Fallout76Prefs settings then I would recommend to reset it to vanilla or you may be reusing bad settings you have changed previously as the Custom ini file takes precedence over the Prefs file. This is assuming you have a vanilla Fallout76Prefs. Just be aware in this guide I mention making a 2nd copy of your Fallout76prefs and renaming it to Fallout76Custom. I went from 45 FPS to 70-120 with an i9-9900KF and a GTX 1080 Ti just doing these 2 changes. Running in Fullscreen mode and turning off the in game V-sync usually will net you much more FPS.
